Meet Sandeara Martin, RN,  founder of A Tender Touch Nurse Concierge Service, LLC. She earned her ADN at ECPI University.  Sandeara comes highly experienced, with over a decade of providing nursing services in LTC, skilled rehab, post surgical care and medical surgical nursing. Sandeara is known for providing exceptional patient care by meaningfully connecting with patients to build trust by consistently modeling and inspiring high levels of integrity.

Clauthia Praylow, RN, co-founder of A Tender Touch Nurse Concierge Service, LLC, brings over a decade of expertise to the nursing field, having started her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2011 before advancing to a Registered Nurse. With a specialization in skilled nursing, medical-surgical care, wound care, post-operative care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, as well as home health services, Clauthia is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to her clients. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence make her a trusted leader in the nursing community, ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of care tailored to their unique needs.
